Thomas Keidel, managing director and partner of Mahr hands the chair of the company management over to Stephan Gais.

After 26 years on the board of directors of the Mahr Group, Thomas Keidel retired on July 2010. His successors as of Aug. 1 are Stephan Gais, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Mahr Holding. The second managing director is Ulrich Kaspar.
